Microsoft Ignite 2021 Summary

Viva, Teams, Edge AI, and Dynamics 365 gets a fresh look.

TLDR: Viva is an employee experience platform to connect colleagues to each other and their work product. AI model deployment to IoT devices can be simulated within the Azure environment, and that was extremely interesting to observe. Lastly, Dynamics 365, Microsoft's underdog CRM competing against Salesforce, has benefitted tremendously from unified UI across product teams.
